Parents,
I need to make you aware of a policy regarding driving your child
home from
an away game. If, your child is NOT going to ride the bus back to
the
school after the game, but instead is going to ride home with you,
then you
have to sign a transportation form. Without your signature on the
form,
your child is not allowed to ride with you. A verbal comment to the
coach
is not sufficient.
I will have the signature forms for the away games. Since many of
your
don't know me let me describe myself. I am short with short
strawberry
blonde hair. Susan McManus and Michelle King can help you find me,
if
needed. If I am unable to make a game I will give my husband or
Coach Gunny
the form.
In addition, you are only allowed to drive your own child home. You
are NOT
allowed to take another student home, even with a note from the
student's
parent(s). The coach can not override the policy. The county is very
strict
about this rule and no exceptions will be made.
